SHIPPING RATE
For UK, Emma offers free shipping by Royal Mail recorded delivery. International and tracked Royal Mail delivery by £20.00.

PayPal is solely responsible for the security of your information through their system. DELIVERY OF GOODS
Emma Cowlam aims to deliver your chosen items to the place and person specified on your order, in perfect condition and in the shortest time we can achieve. All items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery service. Most orders will be dispatched within 7 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. Emma Cowlam reserves the right to delay the dispatch of an order, for instance if there is insufficient stock or further security checks to verify the customer or the customer’s payment are required. Emma will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
